Eric Winfield, graphic artist, filed a lawsuit against 3 police officer in Denver, for breaking his nose and permanent nerve damage due the handcuffs on an incident in lower downtown last October.Winfield states that he was arrested when a bouncer from Le Rouge pointed him to the officers. and repeatedly punched and handcuffed for seven hours.
The city, Denver Police Department and Le Rouge as Co defendants are all included in the suit.
