young Uruguayans must freely express themselves

In the year, two thousand and one, the youth movement was born and it was labeled as, "La Movida Joven." This movement has very much been indoctrinated as it had quickly become a benchmark of Montevideo culture.

With their diverse artistic proposals, this one proposal in particular, calls for participation. This participation should be inclusive of about five thousand youths from all over the capital of Montevideo.

Also, it even calls for much participation from many an individual of several groups of varying departments throughout the entire country.
