Southern landscape art with cotton fields.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
The desire to share the southern landscape with other landscape art lovers.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
GlasperArt.net was my first site and it too featured southern landscape artwork.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
I simply summed up what I love to paint which is the southern landscape.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
I painting the southern landscape with my own personal point of view and fill the canvas painting with my passion for southern landscape art.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
I use my site as portfolio for potential art buyers from all over the world.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
I am quite comfortable with where I am now as an artist. I feel that I have reached a comfortable level of success.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
I would paint many more panoramic artworks on a large scale.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Paying for canvas, paints, and other art supplies as well as taking the time to market myself is time consuming but very needful.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Producing quality artwork consistently is one of my biggest challenges. Maintaining self discipline is another constant challenge.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
The world wide web has been an invaluable vehicle for promoting my artworks.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
I think that I have met my expectations through all of the positive feedback that I recieve from the viewers of my southern landscape art.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
I have been with Artwanted.com/glasper for a year and it has been a terrific experience.
Do you feel that there are other styles of art that you'd like to explore other than your current style?
Yes. I am currently a realist paint but I'd like to explore abstract art at some point, especially cubism.
